He accomplished Project of Holding/Sub Holding transformation in Pertamina and Jasa Marga as a new model organization to overcome the new business disruptive challenges to the next level and supported Pertamina to be listed (since 2019) in the 500 global fortune companies.

He also developed Catalyser program in Pertamina, as the first Indonesian big corporation in developing talent for succession that won talent development in the international reputable and prestigious event, Excellence in Practice (EIP) Gold Award from European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), Belgium,
