Stage 1: Understanding the needs of our clients. We will discuss with the hiring authorities to learn more about the organisation, the values, the culture and business objectives of clients.
Stage 2: Identification of potential candidates. We utilize our talent database and business networks to identify the most qualified candidates for the position.
Stage 3: Assessment of candidates. We use a multi-method approach in order to accurately identify the competence suitability of candidates against the requirements.
Stage 4: Presentation. We will present selected candidates to client for consideration along with a detailed summary and resume of each candidate. Only the most qualified candidates will be presented.
Stage 5: Reference Checking. We conduct detailed reference checks with past direct supervisors and direct reports to ensure that all candidates are thoroughly vetted and viable.
Stage 6: Negotiation. We ensure that negotiations go smoothly and serve as a helpful intermediary in the sensitive and detailed process of hiring negotiations.
Stage 7: Executive Coaching. We will spend times with placed candidates and their employees to ensure a successful transition and integration process. This is a critical phase to any successful hire.
